Nepal Automobile Importers and Manufacturers Association (NAIMA) is going to organize ‘NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2026’ at Bhrikti Mandap, Kathmandu from 10th to 12th August. The stalls for the expo have already been allocated, according to a press release issued by NAIMA.

A total of 49 stalls have been allocated through a predetermined and transparent lottery process for 49 brands from the four-wheeler, two-wheeler and commercial vehicle sectors participating in the expo, out of which 26 stalls have been given to four-wheeler brands and 23 stalls to two-wheeler and commercial vehicle brands, NAIMA said.

Speaking at the stall allocation program, NAIMA President Ritsingh Baidya said that the enthusiastic participation received from the industry sector towards the NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo, which is being established as the country’s largest mobility and automobile exhibition, has further confirmed its importance. She said that NAIMA aims to develop the expo as a common platform to promote modern, sustainable and accessible mobility in Nepal, rather than limiting it to an exhibition.

Informing that all the stalls in the initial phase have been secured, Chair Baidya said that requests for participation are being received from some companies even after the deadline has passed. “Efforts will be made to address such requests by evaluating the available space and potential, especially by prioritizing NAIMA member companies,” she said. “The completion of stall allocation with the participation of 49 brands is a reflection of the industry sector’s confidence, enthusiasm and growing attraction towards the exhibition,” said Gaurav Sharda, Chair of the NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo Planning Committee. The enthusiastic participation and support received from the industry sector will establish NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2026 as the largest and most influential mobility exhibition in Nepal, providing an exhibition experience that is in line with world-class and international standards, she said.

NAIMA Executive Director Rajkumar Dulal said that the stall allocation process was completely transparent, fair and as per the predetermined criteria. “Preparations for the expo, which will feature almost all major vehicle brands in Nepal, are proceeding in a systematic and high-standard manner in collaboration with participating vehicle brands, partner organizations and other stakeholders,” he said.

NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2026 will showcase the latest trends in vehicles, mobility solutions, technology and innovation. The expo will include participation of leading brands, new product launches, demonstrations of cutting-edge technology and parallel knowledge-based sessions.

It will provide an opportunity to closely understand the future of Nepal’s mobility sector by bringing together consumers, businessmen and industry stakeholders in one place. NAIMA is a representative organization of the mobility and automobile sector in Nepal, which has been working as a common platform for industry development, innovation promotion and policy collaboration, advancing the concept of ‘Mobility for All’.
