Out of 3,050 federal offices, 2,156 offices have been found to have irregularities.
A report released by the Office of the Auditor General on Friday revealed that a significant number of irregularities were found in federal offices. Similarly, out of 1,124 provincial government offices that were audited, 328 offices (29.18 percent) did not have any significant irregularities, the report states.
This year, 187,914 sections of federal government offices, provinces, local levels, committees and other organizations have been found to have irregularities, of which 94,438 sections are theoretical and 93,476 sections are actual irregularities.
