The price of the US dollar has been increasing continuously for the last few days. According to the exchange rate set by Nepal Rastra Bank for today, the buying rate of one US dollar has been fixed at 150 rupees 50 paisa and the selling rate has been fixed at 151 rupees 10 paisa.

On Friday, the buying rate of one US dollar was fixed at 150 rupees 28 paisa and the selling rate at 150 rupees 88 paisa. Earlier, the price had increased on Thursday as well.

Similarly, the buying rate of one European Euro has been fixed at 176 rupees 36 paisa and the selling rate at 177 rupees 07 paisa, the buying rate of one UK Pound Sterling has been fixed at 203 rupees 23 paisa and the selling rate at 204 rupees 04 paisa, the buying rate of one Swiss Franc has been fixed at 191 rupees 63 paisa and the selling rate at 192 rupees 40 paisa.

The buying rate of one Australian dollar is 107 rupees 63 paise and the selling rate is 108 rupees 06 paise, the buying rate of one Canadian dollar is 109 rupees 95 paise and the selling rate is 110 rupees 39 paise, the buying rate of one Singapore dollar is 117 rupees 95 paise and the selling rate is 118 rupees 42 paise.

The buying rate of 10 Japanese yen is 9 rupees 44 paise and the selling rate is 9 rupees 48 paise, the buying rate of one Chinese yuan is 22 rupees 01 paise and the selling rate is 22 rupees 10 paise, the buying rate of one Saudi Arabian riyal is 40 rupees 13 paise and the selling rate of one 40 rupees 29 paise, the buying rate of one Qatari riyal is 41 rupees 28 paise and the selling rate is 41 rupees 45 paise.

According to the central bank, the buying rate of one Thai baht is 4 rupees 65 paise and the selling rate is 4 rupees 67 paise, the buying rate of one UAE dirham is 40 rupees 97 paise and the selling rate is 41 rupees 14 paise, the buying rate of one Malaysian ringgit is 37 rupees 96 paise and the selling rate is 38 rupees 11 paise, the buying rate of one South Korean won is 10 rupees 18 paise and the selling rate is 10 rupees 22 paise, the buying rate of one Swedish kronor is 16 rupees 31 paise and the selling rate is 16 rupees 38 paise and the buying rate of one Danish kronor is 23 rupees 60 paise and the selling rate is 23 rupees 69 paise.

The National Bank has set the buying rate of one Hong Kong dollar at 19 rupees 21 paise and the selling rate at 19 rupees 29 paise, the buying rate of one Kuwaiti dinar at 490 rupees 87 paise and the selling rate at 492 rupees 82 paise, the buying rate of one Bahraini dinar at 398 rupees 57 paise and the selling rate at 400 rupees 16 paise, the buying rate of one Omani rial at 390 rupees 90 paise and the selling rate at 392 rupees 46 paise  . Similarly, the buying rate of one hundred Indian rupees has been set at 160 rupees and the selling rate at 160 rupees 15 paise.

The National Bank has stated that this exchange rate can be revised at any time as needed. The exchange rate set by commercial banks may differ and the updated exchange rate will be available on the central bank's website.
