The stock market will now open on Fridays. The Nepse board of directors meeting held on Sunday decided to hold share trading from Monday to Friday.
After the government decided to declare Saturday and Sunday as public holidays, Nepse has also decided to open share trading on Fridays accordingly. This decision will be implemented from this week.
Now the stock market will be closed on Sundays. Earlier, share trading was conducted from Sunday to Thursday. Thus, even though the decision was made to open the market on Friday instead of Sunday, the trading hours have been kept the same from 11 am to 3 pm.
