There has been a slight decline in the price of gold and silver in the local market today compared to Wednesday. The price of gold has decreased by Rs 2,000 and silver by Rs 205. According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Federation, the price of gold in print today has been fixed at Rs 317,000 per tola, while that of one tola of silver has been fixed at Rs 5,515. On Wednesday, one tola of gold was bought and sold at Rs 319,000, while the price of one tola of silver was fixed at Rs 5,720.

Today, one ounce of gold is being traded at Rs 5,210 and the same amount of the white metal is being traded at US$ 88 in the international market.
