Nepal Airlines Corporation has seen an encouraging improvement in its half-yearly performance. The data shows that the income and passenger numbers from Shrawan to Poush of the current fiscal year have made significant progress compared to the same period of the last fiscal year 2081/082.
During that period, the corporation's total income has increased by about seven percent, while the number of passengers has increased by about 18.7 percent. NAC has stated that both income and passenger numbers have increased due to regular and effective flights to various destinations by making maximum use of available aircraft.
Most of the corporation's flights are flying with high passenger numbers during the period from January to March. Archana Khadka, spokesperson of the corporation, informed that the corporation aims to continue the growth rate by further strengthening service expansion and market management in the coming days.
