Gold price drops by 9,500 rupees per tola

Today, an ounce of gold is trading at 5,078 US dollars in the international market, and the same amount of the white metal is trading at 90 US dollars.

The prices of gold and silver have declined slightly in the local market today. The prices of both metals have decreased slightly compared to Wednesday.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers, today the price of one tola of printed gold has been fixed at Rs 295,200 and the price of the same quantity of silver at Rs 4,980. 

On Wednesday, the price of one tola of printed gold was fixed at Rs 34,700 and the price of the same quantity of silver at Rs 5,600. Last Tuesday, the price of one tola of printed gold was fixed at Rs 290,300 and the price of the same quantity of silver was traded at Rs 5,335. 

According to international media, today an ounce of gold is being traded at Rs 5,078 and the same quantity of the white metal at $90 in the international market.
