There has been a huge increase in the price of gold and silver today compared to Thursday. The price of gold has increased by 3,500 tola and the same amount of silver by 100.
According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Merchants' Federation, the price of one tola of gold has been fixed at Rs 256,600 today, while the price of one tola of silver has been fixed at Rs 3,905.
On Wednesday, the price of gold was fixed at Rs 253,100 per tola, while one tola of silver was traded at Rs 3,805.
According to international media, one ounce of gold is being bought and sold in the international market today at Rs 4,275 and the same amount of silver is being bought and sold at $62.
