Nepal Airlines Corporation reduces the number of contract and salaried employees

Nepal Airlines Corporation has announced that it has terminated the services of some employees working on contract and monthly wages in response to the decrease in the number of domestic flights and the operational situation.

According to NAC spokesperson Anil Ghimire, the NAC has taken this decision in line with its policy of reducing the number of employees as needed at domestic stations that are not in operation and at locations with limited flights.

'The NAC has terminated the services of 6 employees working on contract and monthly wages from today,' said spokesperson Ghimire. According to him, this step has been taken with the aim of operating the NAC smoothly and balancing the changing situation and financial obligations.
