The medium-sized cargo containers returned from Korlanaka were hardly lowered but stopped at the customs office because the 'heavy' cargo trolleys could not bear the weight of the temporary bridge, Chief District Officer Bishnu Prasad Bhusal informed.

According to Loghekar Damodarkund rural municipality president Lopsang Chomphel Bista, even though Korlana is fully operational, there is a problem due to lack of road diversion in Ghami Khola of Korla road. He said that efforts are being made to build diversions in coordination with traders.
The bridge under construction on Ghami River has not been completed even after seven years. For the construction of the bridge, a contract was signed with Himdhung Thokkar and Imotel JV Construction at a cost of 2075 six million eight million.
Even though the project is imposing daily compensation to the construction company, the work has not progressed yet. According to the project, 75 percent physical progress has been made so far in the construction of a 40-meter-long bridge with one span.
