NIC Asia Bank Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Roshan Kumar Neupane has resigned. Neupane resigned on Wednesday with effect from Thursday.

It is said that today's meeting of the bank's board of directors will approve his resignation. 

CEO Neupane said that he resigned because he and his wife had health problems and had to take a long leave. Due to my and my wife's health, I had to take a long leave. In the current situation, I resigned because it seemed that the bank's CEO would be on leave for a long time,'' he said.

Neupane was CEO of NIC Bank for the second term. Now his four-year tenure was about one year left.
