After returning from Hong Kong, the problem with the ship's engine was resolved and the corporation resumed the flight.

Corporation's narrowbody re-flight after engine repair

Nepal Airlines Corporation's Airbus A-320 aircraft named Lumbini has returned to flight after 20 days.

After returning from Hong Kong to Kathmandu on the 21st of July, a problem was noticed in the first engine of this ship. Corporation engineer Manoj Sah said that the ship has been repaired on Sunday afternoon.

Corporation has kept the ship in flight since Monday night . 'It took 7 days to find the problem', another engineer of the corporation said, 'It took 5 days to get the spare parts to Nepal.'

All four ships of the corporation have come into flight with this plane. The corporation is flying daily to Delhi, India from two narrow bodies with 158 seats and two wide bodies with 274 seats. Apart from this, there are two to four regular flights a week to Mumbai, Bangalore, Japan, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Doha, Dammam and Dubai.
