Founded by Chandrakumar Golchha in 1999, the Round Table has completed 25 years. The organization said that the round table, established with the help of Lalit Shah of Madras Round Table 30, aims to combine friendship, service and personal development.

Round Table is active in 12 cities of Nepal. The statement issued by the organization states that more than 30,000 members from more than 58 countries are actively involved in the Round Table Movement at the international level.

According to the release, the Round Table, which has been supporting programs such as education, health, environment, Mt. Everest cleaning, and earthquake relief, has built about 400 classrooms in more than 60 schools. It is said that Round Table, which is providing long-term treatment and support for Thalassemia patients, is also providing relief to those who are dealing with chronic diseases.

The policy of planting more than 100,000 saplings every year for environmental protection and working in the field of long-term protection is also mentioned in the statement.

"In one of the most challenging environmental projects, we have joined hands with local and international partners to clean up the Everest area," the statement said, "This not only removed the garbage from the world's highest peak, but also spread awareness of protecting Nepal's natural resources." The statement said that the Round Table is also helping with emergency assistance to the earthquake victims.

"Within the first few hours of the earthquake, our members reached the affected areas and distributed food, water, temporary housing materials, clothing and medical supplies," the statement said.
