Kiran Poudel has been appointed as an independent director of Nepal Reinsurance Company Limited.
The meeting of the board of directors held on July 29 of the company has decided to appoint Paudel as a director until the next general meeting.
Previous director Anita Rayamazhi Tandon resigned from the post citing personal reasons. His resignation was accepted by the company's Board of Directors meeting held on May 2.
