Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index increased by 34.42 points. Today, after an increase of 1.29 percent, NEPSE has remained at the point of 2,694.82.

Today, 30 million 182 thousand 341 shares of 317 companies were bought and sold 89 thousand 468 times, with a transaction worth 9 billion 74 million 48 lakh 43 thousand 375 rupees.

Today, the sub-indices of all groups have increased. Life insurance group increased by 2.83 percent, non-life insurance by 2.51 percent and development bank group by 2.31 percent. Likewise, banking has increased by 1.36 percent, finance by 1.99 percent, hotels and tourism by 0.71 percent and hydropower by 0.47 percent.

Green Development Bank Limited and Khanikhola Hydropower Company's share price increased the most by 9.99 percent in today's business, NEPSE said. Today, the share price of 'Nine Percent ICFC Finance Limited Debenture-2088' has decreased the most by 3.31 percent.
