For the next financial year, the government has allocated a budget of 19 trillion 64 billion 11 million rupees. According to this, current expenditure is 11 trillion 80 billion 58 crores (60.01 percent), capital expenditure is 4 trillion 7 billion 69 crores and 3 trillion 75 billion 24 crore rupees (19.1 percent) have been allocated for financial management.
The budget is 5.6 percent more than the allocation at the beginning of this year and 18.2 percent more than the revision. The government allocated a budget of 18 trillion 60 billion 30 million for the current financial year.
It is estimated that 13 trillion 15 billion will be collected from revenue, 3 trillion 62 billion from internal debt, 2 trillion 33 billion from external debt and 53 billion from grants.
