The Nepal Electricity Authority said that the Indian section of the 400 KV international Dhalkebar-Muzaffarpur transmission line was disrupted for 1 hour due to a problem. Hitendradev Shakya, executive director of the authority, has reached the dispatch center after a problem occurred in the system.
He also instructed Vinod Lohani, the head of grid division, to solve the problem immediately. Shakya has also requested not to join the load shedding due to technical problems.
'The executive director of the authority, Hitendra Dev Shakya, has instructed the head of the Dhalkebar Grid Mahasakha, Binod Lohani, to take the lead in solving the problem. This is purely a technical problem, so it is wrong to link it with load shedding,' the secretariat said, 'After solving the problem, the line has now resumed.'
