Pathibhara Devi Darshan Cable Car Company has invited the agitating parties for talks against the construction of cable car under construction at Pathibhara in Taplejung.
Through a press conference held in Kathmandu last week, in order to identify some of the concerns of the locals related to the cable car under construction in Pathibhara of Taplejung, various local associations/organizations, including the youth, were asked to come up with a solution through talks and discussions and to create a comfortable environment for the construction of the project. The press release states that
has always respected the demands and concerns of the local people and is committed to supporting the company in promoting the local religion, culture, identity and civilization. It is mentioned in the statement issued by the company on Monday that the company is in the process of building the project after completing all the government processes including the environmental impact assessment as per the government standards required for the construction of the
project. The company has informed that the project will be built according to local art, culture, identity and religious traditions and will move forward by negotiating, discussing and coordinating with local people's representatives and all stakeholders as required.
