Despite the normal growth of NEPSE, the share turnover of around 11 billion

Despite the general improvement in the NEPSE index, which measures stock turnover, there was a share turnover of 11 billion. On that day, the NEPSE index increased by 3.58 points. Last Thursday, NEPSE increased by 2.08 points. The NEPSE, which has been continuously declining for the previous four trading days, has increased by normal points in the last two days.

On Sunday, the overall NEPSE increased by 0.13 percent to 2,661.60 points. Out of those that came into trading, the share price of 104 companies increased while 141 companies decreased.

A total of 89 thousand 161 shares were traded in 284 million 38 thousand 428 shares. Shares worth 10 billion 875 million rupees have been traded in those purchases. Compared to last Thursday, the transaction amount has also increased along with the NEPSE index.

Last Thursday, shares worth 7.87 billion 93 million rupees were traded. Despite the improvement of the general score in NEPSE, the transaction amount has increased significantly on Sunday. 

Among the 13 sub-groups that came into trading on Sunday, the index of hotel and tourism, hydropower, investment, production and processing, collective investment fund and trade increased. However, indices of banking, development banks, finance, life insurance, microfinance, non-life insurance and other sub-groups declined. According to NEPSE, the business subgroup increased by 52.81 points while microfinance decreased by 44.86 points.

The share price of Nepal Micro Insurance Company and Crest Micro Life Insurance increased by 9.99 percent. Share price of Bhugol Energy Development increased by 7.63, Ngadi Group Power by 7.55, Sanima My Hydropower by 7.19 percent.

On that day, the share price of Win Nepal Microfinance decreased by 10 percent and circuit broke. Shares of Narayani Development Bank fell by 5.02 percent, Upper Solu Hydro Electric Company by 4.26 percent, Himalayan Hydropower by 3.59 percent and Creative Microfinance by 3.41 percent.

Ngadi Group Power, NRN Infrastructure and Development, Radhi Vidyut Company, Hydro Electricity Investment and Development were ahead in terms of turnover. NMB Sulabh Investment Fund-2 has the highest number of shares bought and sold. According to NEPSE, 23 lakh 82 thousand 725 shares of NMB have been bought and sold.

23 lakh 81 thousand 547 shares of Ngadi Group Power, 22 lakh 38 thousand 115 shares of Hydro Electricity Investment and Development Company (promoter), 16 lakh 12 thousand 776 shares of Arun Valley Hydropower and 16 lakh 49 thousand 62 shares of Hydro Electricity Investment and Development Company were bought and sold.

The total market capitalization has increased by 5.95 billion 28 lakh rupees in one day after NEPSE increased. According to NEPSE, the total market capitalization, which remained at 44 billion 19 billion 700 million 69 million rupees last Thursday, increased to 44 billion 25 billion 65 million 97 million rupees on Sunday.
