After about five months, Hetauda Cement Industry has started production of cement again from today.

 

It is reported that cement production, which was closed due to lack of electricity required for cement production in the industry, has resumed with the supply of electricity. The acting general manager of the industry, Naveen Kumar Karna, said that the industry needs eight megawatts of electricity daily to get limestone.

1 thousand 900 metric tons needed by the industry are now kept in reserve . Karna informed that preparations are being made to bring about four thousand metric tons of coal through the bidding process in the second phase. 

year 2033  The industry established in Lamsure of Hetauda was inaugurated on 26th November 2043. At that time, 1 billion 500 million was invested in Hetauda industry. Currently in the industry administration, business division, accounting,  195 people are getting permanent employment opportunities as storage, technical and labor staff.

industry has the capacity to produce 18,000 sacks of cement per day but currently only 12,000 sacks are being produced .
