Nepal Oil Corporation has reduced the price of diesel, kerosene and aviation fuel. The meeting of the board of directors of the corporation has reduced the retail sale price of diesel and kerosene by two rupees per liter and aviation fuel (domestic) by seven rupees and international by US dollar 51 with effect from midnight today.
With the decrease in price, diesel and kerosene in the first, second and third categories have remained at 146 rupees 50 paise, 148 rupees and 149 rupees per liter respectively, and domestic aviation fuel has remained at 125 rupees per liter.
Similarly, the corporation has set the price of US$ 952 per kiloliter for international aviation fuel in Kathmandu, 782 in Pokhara and 767 in Bhairahawa.
According to the new price list received from the Indian Oil Corporation today, the new purchase price of diesel, kerosene and aviation fuel has decreased, so the corporation has clarified that the prices have been adjusted in the local market.
