Manoj Gyawali has been appointed as the permanent Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Nabil Bank. The meeting of the bank's board of directors held on Wednesday morning decided to appoint Gyawali as the permanent CEO.
The outgoing CEO of the bank, Gyanendra Prasad Dhungana, resigned last Sunday. Dhungana has resigned with 14 months remaining in his two-year term. After that, the board of directors of the bank has decided to give the responsibility of Kamu CEO to Gyawali .
Earlier, Gyawali was Senior Chief Executive Officer . Gyawali, a chartered accountant, resigned as the CEO of Jyoti Bikas Bank in July 2017 and became the General Manager of Nabil Bank.
He has worked at the highest level in organizations such as Nepal Rastra Bank, Global IME Bank, Global IME Capital, Jyoti Bikas Bank.
