Agriculture and Livestock Development Minister Ram Nath Adhikari has said that although there were irregularities in the agricultural subsidy in the past, now it will be transparent.

At the conference on investment in agriculture organized by the Agricultural Enterprise Center of Nepal Confederation of Industry and Commerce here today, he said that the Ministry  So far  He said that since they have started the process of publicizing the grant details, the grant will be transparent in the coming days and all the details can be seen. 

In the last five years, one trillion five billion rupees have been spent on agricultural subsidies, the minister said, as in the past, the subsidy process that goes directly from the ministry has now stopped. Agriculture Minister Adhikari held the opinion that the efforts of all sectors are necessary for self-sufficiency in agriculture and only the efforts of the private sector can achieve the goals set by the state in the agricultural sector.
