The price of gold in the Nepali market has reached its highest point so far. Today, the price of gold has increased by four thousand rupees to one lakh 74 thousand five hundred rupees.
In the local market, gold was traded at Rs 170,500 per tola on Thursday. Similarly, today the price of silver has remained at Rs 2,000 per tola.
The first vice president of the Nepal Gold and Silver Traders Federation, Dharamsundar Bajracharya, said that the price of gold has increased due to external reasons rather than internal reasons. The price has increased due to the increase in the value of the US dollar, international political events, etc. After adjusting the price increase in the international market, the highest price has been maintained in the local market, he said.
In the international market today, the price of gold is trading around two thousand 982 US dollars per ounce.
