The Nepal Insurance Authority is going to conduct a bench for the purpose of hearing complaints related to insurance claims at the central office building of the authority at Kupandol, Lalitpur from 1st May 2082.
It is stated in the statement that the meeting held on February 27, 2081 of the authority's board of directors has decided to instruct the management to make physical arrangements and other necessary preparations for the operation of a bench in the authority's building for the purpose of hearing complaints related to insurance claims filed in the authority.
Similarly, the meeting of the authority's board of directors has decided to instruct the management to publish the weekly and other pay lists and decisions in the authority in case of insurance claim complaints filed in the authority.
