ILA Comfort Luxury Hotel has come into operation in Baglung Bazar with the investment of IME Group. It is stated in the statement issued by the hotel that quality service facilities will be available for tourists and other guests visiting Gandaki area and tourist spots of Baglung through Kaligandaki Corridor and Madhyapahari Lokmarg at Ila Comfort Hotel, which has been operating in Baglung.

Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Minister Badri Prasad Pandey inaugurated Ila Comfort Hotel on Saturday during a ceremony held in Baglung. Minister Pandey said that the investment made by IME Group in the field of tourism infrastructure has had a positive impact on the country's tourism industry. He said that the future of Nepal's economic prosperity lies in tourism and the government is determined to promote it. 

While discussing the investment made by IME Group in the development of tourism infrastructure across the country, Minister of Gandaki Province Government Krishna Pathak called for more investment in Gandaki Province. Chandra Prasad Dhakal, Chairman of IME Group and Chairman of Federation of Nepal Chamber of Commerce and Industry, expressed his belief that this hotel, which has been put into operation in Baglung, will contribute to the tourism development of this region. 

He said that he has concentrated investment in tourist infrastructure including hotels and cable cars in the seven provinces of the country, covering the sentiments of millions of Nepalis forced to go abroad due to lack of investment and employment environment in the country. "Because the investment in tourism and hydropower sector will bring multifaceted benefits in improving the economy and the living standards of the citizens, we have concentrated the investment in these sectors," he said. Dhakal said that the

hotel will provide quality services and facilities for tourists and other guests. This will significantly increase the number of tourists from India and China visiting Nepal through the Kaligandaki Corridor through Sunauli in India and the Korla border with China. He also said that it will contribute more to economic and cultural development. 

This hotel built at an investment of around 30 crore rupees is believed to set a new standard for quality accommodation in Baglung. Spread over about four ropanis of land, Ila Comfort Baglung has 30 rooms including 27 guest rooms, two elegant suites and a special penthouse. 

Located one and a half hours away from Pokhara Airport, Dhakal said that the hotel is conveniently accessible for domestic and international travelers as regular public transport runs between Pokhara and Baglung every 30 minutes.
