On the last day of weekly trading, the NEPSE index fell by 7.33 points on Thursday. After decreasing by 0.28 percent compared to the previous day, the overall NEPSE has closed at 2,588.62 points. NEPSE, which increased by a few points last Wednesday, decreased by about 7 and a half points on Thursday.
Out of those traded on that day, the share price of 89 companies increased, 151 decreased, and the remaining 3 companies remained stable.
1 crore 17 lakh 49 thousand 701 shares were bought and sold in 70 thousand 634 transactions. Shares worth about 5 billion 93 crore 39 lakh rupees have been traded in those purchases. The transaction amount has also increased compared to the previous trading day.
