Warnabas Museum Hotel Issuing IPO

Varnabas Museum Hotel is going to do an initial public offering (IPO). The first annual general meeting of the hotel passed a special resolution to issue an IPO. Varnabas is a five-star boutique luxury hotel located in Kathmandu. Built on its own land, Varnabas combines world-class infrastructure and cultural significance.

The hotel represents Nepal regionally, culturally and geographically. Mount Everest, Lhotse and Nuptse can be seen at its head. Hotels are categorized into Himal, Pahad and Terai. The mountains are designed to reflect the Sherpa culture, the hills to reflect the Gorkha bravery and the Terai to reflect the Tharu art. A glimpse of art and culture, each room is named after a mountain, mountain, and village in the Terai. 

Hotel provides an opportunity for Nepali investors to invest in a culturally symbolic and financially secure property. "The capital market is an effective means of raising capital, which will lead to long-term economic  can contribute to

growth. But if its speculative nature is not controlled, it may be limited to short-term profits,'' said the statement released by the hotel, "For the sustainable development of the economy, companies based on real business, strong infrastructure and long-term vision should be given priority." 

Capital markets can act as a tool for sustainable economic growth if they match real business needs beyond speculation, the hotel said.
