56-year-old Italian citizen Sergio Fetozza, who was injured in a fall in Taplejung, was rescued by helicopter. He was seriously injured after falling and was taken to Kathmandu by Prabhu Air helicopter on Saturday.

According to Vivek Basnet, Information Officer of the District Police Office, Fetoja, working at United Mewa Hydropower in Meringden rural municipality-3 Khamlung, fell and was injured on Thursday. He was brought to the district hospital for treatment on the same day.

Fetoja's left arm is broken and his stomach is also injured. According to the district police office, the incident is being investigated.
