According to the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development, 10.58 billion 76 lakh 46 thousand rupiahs have been provided in the last 5 years through agricultural cooperatives, agricultural groups and agricultural firms.

Agriculture and Livestock Development Minister Ramnath Adhikari announced on Sunday the names of agricultural cooperatives, agricultural groups and agricultural firms that received subsidies from the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development from the financial year 2076 and 77 to 2080 and 81 and informed that the subsidy money has flowed directly from 5 projects.

which includes Prime Minister Agriculture Modernization Project, Rani Jamra Gulria Irrigation Project Agricultural Program Implementation Unit, Agricultural Sector Development Program, Nepal Livestock Innovation Project and (Food and Nutrition Security Improvement Project). An amount of 95 lakh 31 thousand rupees has been transferred. The said amount has been taken by 1 lakh 41 thousand 670 agricultural cooperatives, agricultural groups and agricultural firms. 18 million 48 lakh 61 thousand rupees have flowed from the Rani Jamra Gulria Irrigation Program implementation unit, while 21 thousand 450 agricultural cooperatives, groups, and firms have taken money from it 80 million 19 lakh 61 million rupees have been flowed and through that program 27 thousand 650 agricultural cooperatives, agricultural groups and agricultural firms have taken money from the Nepal Livestock Innovation Project 92 billion 75 lakh 13 thousand rupees have flowed out of that to 11 thousand 150 agricultural cooperatives, agricultural groups and agricultural firms. The Ministry has informed that the amount has been distributed. 

1 billion 537 million 79 thousand rupees have flowed from the food and nutrition security reform project. 46 thousand 226 agricultural cooperatives, agricultural groups and agricultural firms have distributed funds.

In the meantime, the minister informed that Rs. Similarly, it was informed in the press conference that 504.8 million 82 thousand rupees have been transferred to the premium subsidy of agricultural insurance and 5.13 billion 80 million 66 thousand rupees to the premium subsidy of livestock and fish insurance.

During this period, there are two types of grants, direct and indirect. In which there is a total of 1 trillion 7 billion 66 crore 27 lakh 89 thousand rupees. Directly among them, 9 agricultural cooperatives through domestic and foreign investment projects run under this ministry,  The subsidy distributed to agricultural groups and agricultural firms is 10 billion 5876 million 46 thousand rupees.
