workshop, the registrar of Kathmandu University, Prof. Dr. Achyut Wagle said that there is very little research on the effects of climate change in the Himalayan region. He expressed sadness that the actual issues could not come out because there is very little research in the Himalayan region of Nepal in terms of the proportion of studies that have been done in Antarctica and other areas. He said, 'Climate change has affected the Himalayan region so much, it can be calculated realistically.' 

As the snow melts every year, more and more natural beauty will be destroyed in the future, and it will have a big impact on the hydropower project and tourism sector, he said. Dr. Wagle has accused developed countries of trying to establish their rights in developing countries through carbon trading.
