Nepal Oil Corporation has increased the price of petrol and diesel. According to the new price list sent by Indian Oil Corporation, the corporation has increased petrol by 1 rupee and diesel by 2 rupees. According to the new price, now the price of petrol in the valley will be Rs 163 per liter.
Diesel will cost Rs 153 per liter. Corporation spokesperson Manoj Thakur said that the corporation has reduced the price of aviation fuel. Domestic aviation fuel has been reduced by Rs 2 per liter to Rs 126 per liter.
Aviation fuel international (for Kathmandu) has been reduced at the rate of USD 15 per kiloliter, according to the corporation. The new price will be effective after 12 midnight on Tuesday.
The corporation has said that the price of LP gas for cooking has remained the same.
