All the three bypass tunnels have been 'break through' under the Siddhababa tunnel project. The "break through" of "Bypass 2" under Siddhartha Highway under Siddharth Highway under Siddhartha Rural Municipality-3 Dobhan under construction took place on Sunday. If there is no disruption, the project is preparing to break through the main tunnel within the year. 

According to the latest details, only 90 meters are left in the project. The work of lining the tunnel has not yet started. The tunnel digging started a year ago. The Chinese company China State Construction Engineering Corporation has taken charge of the construction of this project. China State Construction Engineering Corporation won the contract for 7 billion 34 million 21 million, and the work of rock seed, rock fall barrier, and slope protection will be done in the outer section of this tunnel. 

Various physical structures are being built here in the area of ​​2.59 km with double lane with tunnel, slope protection. In addition to the use of machinery at the project site, the project chief officer said that blasting has been facilitated as per the requirement. 1,495 square meters of work has been done in the south using the 'rockseed' technique to build the outer hills of Siddhababa area.

The work of 495 square meters of 'protection' has progressed towards the north. Siddharth Highway Chidiakhola-Dobhan road Tinau-3 Siddababa road section of Dobhan area due to frequent landslides and accidents, as an alternative, the plan to construct a tunnel was advanced. According to the project, under the

plan, road improvement work will also be done on 910 meters from Chidiakhola towards Butwal and 560 meters towards Palpa. It is believed that the tunnel will be easy and safe to travel from the Terai to the hilly districts of Palpa, Gulmi, Syangja, Baglung, Parbat and other hilly districts of Lumbini and Gandaki provinces.
