The road plan, which has been inactive for a long time, will be managed. According to the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport, preparations are being made for that. Now such plans are not budgeted and are incomplete.

It is said that after the plan that was previously in the union, it went to the province because of the budget allocation problem and the work could not proceed.

Material Minister Devendra Dahal admitted that the sick plan has become a problem. "We are making a plan in order to quickly decide how to manage the patient plan after an agreement between the construction industry and the ministry," he said, "The patient plan should not always be kept, it should be resolved, so we are planning accordingly." 

He said that the payment for the work of the construction professionals related to the Ministry of Physical Education is in progress and the funds for that have already arrived. Physical Minister Dahal said that there is a problem in the lack of a budget according to the plan, even though there are many plans in the budget. 

'653 bridges have been placed in the red book, 79 lakh rupees have been allocated for that,' Minister Dahal said on Friday while inaugurating the third annual general meeting and the second session of the Nepal Infrastructure Journalists Society, 'while at least 8.10 million concrete bridges It doesn't happen. Even making a small culvert costs more than a crore of rupees.'

Gopal Sigdel, secretary of the Ministry of Urban Development, emphasized that the government should invest in projects that bring more financial benefits. "Government should give priority to such projects," he said, "work should be done accordingly." 

To make the construction sector sustainable, the government should pay for the work done so far, said Ravi Singh, the president of the Federation of Nepal Construction Professionals. "The government did not emphasize on new projects unless it was essential," he said, "old contracts should be managed with mutual understanding." He said that the public procurement regulations were revised time and time again, adding complexity to the construction industry. 

The Executive Director of Nepal Electricity Authority, Kulman Ghising, said that even in the 50th year of Nepal, the road reached the place where the road could not be reached through the hydropower project.

'Now there are rumors that load shedding has started due to technical problems for two to four days, the Jamaat who rejoices when there is load shedding is making such rumours,' he said, 'Load shedding has not happened, the 456 MW Tamakoshi hydropower project was damaged in the flood of last October. Currently, one unit of Kaligandaki hydropower project is closed. Repair work is in progress. Even in this situation, we have not allowed load shedding.'
