Dairy Development Corporation (DDC) also lends its products to firms and companies based on trust. They get such loans on the basis of doing regular business.
But in the meantime, some firms and companies become uncontactable, while others break up their business. And, dues remain due from them. Not only that, the employees also cheat/scam in the sale of milk fat, SNF, diesel, chaff etc. DDC has yet to recover more than 4.5 million rupees from the scam committed by the employees.
Some employees have retired. But the management of DDC is putting it aside due to fear of workers' agitation. The arrears to be collected due to regular business, employee and employee misbehavior from 2073 to 2079 is more than 225 million rupees.
