The Ministry of Finance has instructed Rashtriya Jeevan Bima Company Limited to complete the audit within four months.

In a press note issued by the Ministry, the Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Paudel said that in a meeting with the officials of Rashtriya Jeevan Bima Company Limited today at the Ministry of Finance, it is not beneficial for anyone to not have an audit for a long time. He directed the stakeholders to provide necessary support to complete the audit.

The final audit of the National Life Insurance Company Limited has not been completed since the financial year 2071/072. In the meeting, only after the completion of the final audit, it was discussed that the general meeting of the National Life Insurance Company would be held. In the

meeting, officials from the Auditor General's Office, Nepal Insurance Authority, Ministry of Finance, and National Life Insurance Company were present.
