Labor Employment and Social Security Minister Sharatsingh Bhandari has said that the process of giving loans without collateral to those going for foreign employment has been advanced.

"According to the monetary policy introduced by the government, the process of providing unsecured loans has been advanced," Minister Bhandari said, "The situation of having to take loans from moneylenders and go for foreign employment is coming to an end. The process of unsecured loan from the bank has been advanced by determining the cost of the destination country. Arrangements have been made to repay the loan by paying 24 installments in 2 years from abroad.' 

He expressed his belief that getting a loan from the bank easily will reduce the cost and reduce the incidence of fraud. On Friday in Bardibas, Mahottari, Minister Bhandari said that foreign employment is an alternative to foreign employment and that the ministry is active in making foreign employment systematic, safe, attractive and dignified. Minister Bhandari said that it is unfortunate that there is no training center to teach Korean language in the province which has the most foreign employment districts. 

'The main problem of Madhesh is how to go abroad safely as there is a compulsion rather than a desire for foreign employment,' Minister Bhandari said, 'There is only a labor and foreign employment division in the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Security. We are adding an inter-employment division. This branch will study how to use the skills of those who have returned from abroad and move forward.' 

Bhandari said that since there are more than 6,200 complaints about fraud during foreign employment, the ministry is preparing to punish the culprits by making a law. In the
