The Ministry of Finance has prepared an action plan for the works to be carried out in one hundred days. In the action plan, a high-level economic reform recommendation commission will be formed to improve the overall economy of the country, a second financial sector development strategy will be prepared, and a central rapid patrol team will be formed and deployed to control revenue leakage.

Likewise, the implementation of the internal revenue mobilization strategy 2081 will be started, the strategy will be prepared and implemented to make the customs assessment based on the transaction value, the customs fee regulation 2081 will be formulated, and the obligations legally created in the last financial year will be consolidated and paid.  In the

action plan, it is mentioned that the process of refunding 10 percent value added tax on the payment of purchases made by consumers through digital means, dematerialization of Citizen Savings Papers and Foreign Employment Savings Papers. 

The procedure for maintaining frugality in public expenditure, 2081 will be prepared and implemented, resource consent from the Ministry of Finance for multi-year contracts, contracts imposed by the relevant ministries/agency and the details of the remaining obligations to be paid will be included. 

More than 200 taxpayers' transactions with an annual turnover of more than 25 million rupees will be added to the central invoice monitoring system, and luggage and vehicle scanner machines will be started at the Tatopani customs office.
