Labor, Employment and Social Security Minister Dol Prasad Aryal has claimed that the performance under his leadership can be seen in ending distortions in the labor sector, promoting social security and controlling corruption.

In a press conference held at the ministry on Sunday, regarding the 100th day of assuming the responsibility of the ministry, he clarified that Nepal's representation in the governing body of the International Labor Organization (ILO) and zero corruption campaign are also the major achievements of his tenure. 

Minister Aryal said that the government's idea is to develop the National Vocational Training Institute at Bhainsepati as an excellent training center and to provide employment to the trained manpower in the country instead of foreign employment. He said that by studying the effects and effects of the decisions made in the past and the procedures issued in order to give more financial burden and burden to the workers, some procedures have been canceled, postponed and revised. 

Stating that they insist that workers who go for foreign employment should receive a monthly minimum of five hundred US dollars, he informed that the government is studying to prevent fraud in the field of foreign employment. 

He said that job fairs were organized in all seven provinces with the active participation of all three levels of government, private sector and stakeholders with the main objective of ensuring decent work and productive employment environment within the country in order to end the situation where Nepali youths are forced to go abroad for employment.
