According to the Foreign Employment Act, 2064, if any person or organization conducts foreign employment business without obtaining a license, action will be taken if any person or organization conducts foreign employment business by making false promises and inducements to take money.

If any amount is taken or sent abroad illegally, the amount taken and 50 percent of that amount shall be recovered as damages and such person shall be fined from three to five lakhs and imprisoned for three years to seven years and the expenses of going to and from abroad shall be paid.
