In the history of Nepal, the Gen-G movement became a real rebellion. Was this movement really successful? Is this movement made to form an interim government? So many people were killed? These lives are said to be sacrifices for the newly reformed Nepal. I say, it was all murder. First the killings by the government. Then the killing by the chaotic mob.

No one came to the streets thinking that their lives could be lost in this peaceful protest. All the innocents have died prematurely here. Based on the manner in which those innocent lives were lost, no one can rejoice that this movement has succeeded. Maybe some people's pride has been fulfilled or their ego has calmed down. 

It was obvious, the Genji movement to warn corruption, arrogance of the government, bad political tendencies and whole political groups. It was a warning that we will not remain silent amidst the situation that all Nepalis know but cannot do anything about. That too the youth who were not involved in any parties. Those who were open and who knew what was happening in the country was not right.

Government and politics are for the people and the country, not for any of the limited people around them. Therefore, this movement was without any solid leadership, principles, organization and working style. It was not necessary just for caution. Everyone who came stood against good governance and corruption. All were also affected by the rabies of the government and bad political tendencies everywhere.

Gen-G movement against good governance and corruption continues. It cannot be said that it is finished. Whoever comes to power and position must be responsible to the nation and the people. Where the crowd is not right there. Leaders should not be patted on the head. We have our democratic rights.

Youth expect improvement in areas like employment, education, health after the change. Youth in the country can play an important role in leadership, innovation and social service. To solve the problems, there should be comprehensive reforms in areas like education, health, employment.

It is necessary to make special arrangements for people with disabilities in education, health, and employment. Youth are the main force behind new ideas, startups and social enterprises in the country. You should be able to solve problems using technology and creativity. In areas like education, health, women's rights, environment, youth are the main weapon to spread awareness, run movements and demand positive change.

Pillars of nation building Youth are the main labor force working in the fields of structure building, education, technology and health for the future of the country. The youth can reject the old way of thinking and politics based on corruption and build a new political culture based on transparency, competence and ideas. The bridge of national unity can be done by rising above caste, language, religion, regionalism and maintaining national unity and common identity.

Being a sportsman myself, many changes are needed in sports too. Politicization should be removed to take the sport to the proper format. The practice of interfering in sports organizations and making appointments on party basis should be completely stopped. Transparency and Accountability The procedures, income and expenditure of sports associations should be transparent. Athletes should also be held accountable for their performance. 

There should be international standard fields, training centers, scientific training methods and sports medicine arrangements throughout the country. Youth Talent Identification and Development Programs should be introduced to identify talents from school and local level and develop them as part of a long-term plan. To develop sports as an industry, private investment in sports, sponsorship, media coverage and securing the careers of athletes must be managed so that athletes can see it as a business. 

Focused education between rote learning and examination should be made practical, employable and innovative. In order to create jobs within the country, economic policies, encouragement of entrepreneurship and merit based appointment system should be implemented. Every field needs qualified, honest and visionary leadership. Young people should think of leadership themselves. This is not the case, this is how it goes, we should change the negative mindset like work by paying bribes and encourage positive, solution-oriented and ethical thinking.

I am also a disabled person. Therefore, the responsibility of the state towards persons with disabilities is not only to show mercy, but also to ensure their fundamental rights. All public places, transport, educational institutions, government offices should be made comfortable and friendly for disabled people.  

All schools should be made inclusive of children with disabilities in mainstream education by providing special teachers, materials and environments. Economic empowerment should include job reservation for them, easy loans for self-employment, training programs and vocational counseling. Health care and rehabilitation should be provided with proper medicine, physical therapy, prosthetics etc. at affordable and affordable prices. 

Laws should be made to strictly prevent discrimination against persons with disabilities and awareness programs should be run to develop a positive attitude towards them in the society. There is a need to think, plan and execute collectively. Para sports are considered as an important means of physical, mental and social development especially for persons with disabilities. Multifaceted changes are needed to expand and enhance this in Nepal. Special policies need to be formulated to promote

ing para sports. For this, a separate institutional framework for the development of para sports should be developed for the effective implementation of all sports related policies and the National Sports Council, which is creating inadequate policies. It should build sports infrastructure designed to be accessible to players through specific stadiums and playgrounds to further contribute to the development of players.

For this, it is necessary to arrange special arrangements for para sports in projects like Nepalganj, Pokhara Stadium, Beljhundi Stadium, Chasal Stadium. The playing environment for para athletes should be improved by using modern technology and aids. The government should introduce tax breaks, subsidies and other financial incentive programs to promote para sports. To increase investment in the sports sector, the private sector should also be involved, it can also be supported through CRS. Campaigns need to be run to increase social awareness about the importance and need of

para sports. Para sports competition should also be given place in the media and it should be presented prominently. International cooperation should be increased through sports diplomacy.

It helps to lay the foundations of mutual cooperation, trust, world unity and reunification. Mental health services should be provided for para athletes. This will help in building confidence in the players. Regular physical therapy and rehabilitation services should be provided so that athletes can perform to their physical potential.

para sports teaching programs should be included in educational institutions. Research and development should be encouraged for the development of para sports. From this new methods and tools can be developed. A special reward scheme should be established for para athletes. 

para players should be given proper respect in the society. A system for regular evaluation of various initiatives in para sports should be developed. This will allow necessary corrections to be made. Sports should be used as an instrument of national unity.
