In the Mahaparinirman Sutta, the Buddha said that any person who is a believer in Buddhism or who wants peace should go to four places namely Lumbini, Bodh Gaya, Sharanath and Kushinagar and go there to find ultimate peace.
If even a small part of the Buddhist population in the world can come to Lumbini, the strategic plan to bring in tourists not only to Lumbini but also to the nation will be completed. But we are saying Buddha, Buddha, but we are not meditating on the philosophy of Buddha .
To develop Lumbini, it is necessary to study Buddhist studies, Buddhist philosophy, art and literature as tourism infrastructure. If the knowledge of Buddhist philosophy is good, Buddhist guests will be attracted to our behavior and behavior and will come back again and again . Lumbini Buddhist University studies and researches on the subject of core wisdom and the other is studying the subject of applied wisdom .
While teaching in this way, students of travel and tourism have been coming out from here for the past 7 years . They did internships in hotels and restaurants in Bhairahawa, Butwal and now they are studying in China. 200 Vietnamese, Burmese, Chinese students are also studying in us.
Buddhist University has been actively operating for 11 years . We have acquired 100 bigha land in Devdah and have made a 'master plan' called Devdah project. The purpose of this is that in the future, 20,000 students will be able to live and teach in Devdah, and we are working to keep the appropriate teachers.
In order to propagate Buddhism worldwide from the academic field, we are conducting a bachelor's degree course in Chinese.
