In this way, the contribution of the private sector is more. Now we have to go to private-public partnership (PPP) model . And only we can consume manpower in Nepal and we can provide employment in Nepal . The province has started Gandaki Technical Education and Vocational Training Institute. The institute can train tens of thousands. So there is a flood of possibilities . But nothing, we are saying load. If the policy is improved, we can consume manpower in Nepal. 

We have to go out to produce the required manpower . But we should also create an environment where the existing manpower can go to the international market . Manpower who studied Information Technology (IT) and LLB is in demand from there . Due to the private sector, hotel and management graduates from Pokhara University have not been unemployed from Singapore to Hong Kong to Nepal. We cover the bright side, big and black curtain . There is a national and international interest in creating a serious challenge to the existence of Nepal by creating despair.

Without looking at it, we are saying that the education system of our country has fallen . The quality of 25 universities in Nepal is above international standards. It is also an excellent destination for sports in terms of producing skilled manpower. You can play cricket while looking at the mountains. The use and efficiency of natural resources should be made in our relativity . It is important to identify where the manpower is needed. 

We have made a very big mistake while making the Medical Education Act. Not being able to produce nurses of PCL level, Nepalis are studying in border areas. Is that a patriotic act, it should be corrected immediately . We are trying to do that work from Gandaki Technical Education and Vocational Training Institute . We are trying to build industries like food and beverages in Shuklagandaki area, big industries in Nawalpur . The Union Government should facilitate the provinces in such matters as they will not give rights to the provinces and will not make laws. But the task of not breaking the sync while being in the ruling party and making it loud when going to the opposition is being done by the union government .
