Four people trapped in a cliff after a flood in the Sipring River of Gaurishankar Rural Municipality-9 in Dolakha have been rescued. One person is missing. Four people who fled for their lives after the flood were trapped in a cliff overnight. They were rescued on Wednesday morning. All four of those rescued are employees of Spring Khola Hydropower. Similarly, Chasman Tamang went missing after being swept away by a flood in Mulkharka, the dam site of the Sipring Khola Hydropower Plant, on Tuesday night, said Nimgeli Sharpa, chairman of Gaurishankar-9. He said that Tamang, who had reached Mulkharka with a cow, was swept away by the flood along with his cow.
