Constituent Assembly member and Chepang Association President Govindaram Chepang said that he has proposed to form Jhoralang Rural Municipality by merging wards 10, 11, 12, and 13 of Rapti Municipality in Chitwan and wards 10 and 11 of Kalika Municipality. “We have proposed to form Jhoralang Rural Municipality by merging six wards of two municipalities in Chitwan,” he said. Jhoralang means greeting, salutation in the Chepang language.
