Police have informed that two-way traffic has been disrupted since Saturday night due to a diversion on the road section from Katunje to Mangaltar.

Due to the rain, the diversions have been washed away at various places on the BP Highway. The diversions between Katunje and Mangaltar have been washed away, said Deputy Superintendent of Police Rabin Bista, Information Officer of the District Police Office, Kavre.
According to him, the diversions have been washed away and the two-way traffic on the highway has been disrupted since 11 pm on Saturday. He said that vehicles have been 'held' in Dhulikhel, Kavrebhanjyang, Bhakunde and Mangaltar in the district.
Since it will take time to repair the road and operate the vehicle movement, the police have requested that people travel only after getting information about the road condition.
