The Rashtriya Swatantra Party (RSP) is leading in Sindhupalchowk's House of Representatives Constituency 1 and the NCP in Constituency 2. According to the Central Election Office, out of the 32,510 votes counted so far in House of Representatives 1, 2,100 have been invalidated. In the votes counted in Bhotekoshi, Jugal, Lisankhupakhar and Tripurasundari rural municipalities, Bharat Parajuli of the National Independent Party (RSP) is leading with 9,275 votes. Madhav Sapkota of the NCP is trailing with 7,05 votes. Jang Bahadur Lama of the Nepali Congress (NCP) is trailing with 5,873 votes and Saresh Nepal of the UML is trailing with 5,634 votes. In House of Representatives Constituency 2, 16,880 votes have been counted, including Helambu 7, Panchpokhari Thangpal 8, Indrawati Gaun 4 and Melamchi Municipality 13. In which 989 votes are invalid. In this area, Yubaraj Dulal Sharad of the NCP is leading with 5,329 votes. Vanshalal Tamang of the Congress is following with 4,266 votes. Sher Bahadur Tamang of the UML is trailing with 2,432 votes and Jhalak Kumar Shrestha of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh is trailing with 3,214 votes.

In the district with two House of Representatives constituencies, there are 36 candidates from both constituencies, including 15 political parties including the Congress, UML, NCP, and Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh and 3 independents. There were 274,998 voters in the constituency. Of these, 69,05 were women and 84,141 were men, with a total of 153,146 votes cast.
