In the ongoing vote counting in the two House of Representatives constituencies of Sindhupalchowk, the National Independent Party (NISP) has maintained its lead in Constituency-1 and Constituency-2. According to the District Election Office, in Constituency-2, with a total of 2,878 votes counted in Helambu Rural Municipality-7 and some wards of Melamchi Municipality, Congress's Vanshalal Tamang is leading with 967 votes. He is followed by Yubaraj Dulal 'Sharad' of the NCP with 550 votes. Similarly, UML's Sher Bahadur Tamang and RASP's Jhalak Kumar Shrestha are in third and fourth place with 333 votes, respectively. Currently, vote counting is underway in the wards of Indrawati Rural Municipality-4 and Panchpokhari Thangpal Rural Municipality of this constituency. Similarly, in Constituency-1, with the counting of votes in all five wards of Bhotekoshi Rural Municipality, RASP's Bharat Parajuli is leading with 2,875 votes. He is followed by Madhav Sapkota of the NCP with 1,194 votes. Jang Bahadur Lama of the Congress and Suresh Nepal of the UML are in third and fourth place respectively with 721 votes.

Out of 6,327 votes cast in this constituency, 459 votes were invalidated. 15 political parties including the Congress, UML, NCP, and Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and 36 independent candidates are in the fray in the two House of Representatives constituencies in the district. The District Election Office has stated that 153,146 votes were cast out of a total of 274,998 voters in the district. Of the votes cast, 69,05 were women and 84,141 were men.
