The 17th National Conference of Halin Newa: Guthi is scheduled to be held in Banepa, Kavrepalanchok. Organizer Halin Newa: Guthi Kavre Misa Kacha announced in a press conference today that the conference will be held in Banepa on 9 Falgun.
Alka Joshi, president of Kavrepalanchok Misa Kacha, informed that more than 800 representatives from more than 80 branches across the country will participate in the conference.

Sainju informed that the conference has been organizing the conference 8 days before Phagu Purnima every year.
