Parbati Secondary School has won the title of the President's Running Shield competition in Bethanchowk Rural Municipality.

In the President Running Shield competition held at the playground of Parbati Secondary School from Falgun 1 to 3, Atma Bikas Secondary School came first in the girls' category while Bhumimata Secondary School came second. Krishnagopal Secondary School came third in the boys' category and Parbati Secondary School came third in the girls' category.

Sports Branch Chief Pramod Timalsina informed that 9 secondary schools from across the rural municipality participated in the competition in the athletics and volleyball categories.

Rural Municipality Chairman Bhagwan Adhikari and Vice Chairman Tara Rana Timalsina presented shields, trophies, medals and certificates to the winners of the competition.
